Vlad started in construction at 16, learning the trade under a mentor who demanded precision and taught him that doing the job right is always the only acceptable option. He worked his way through every role in residential construction — hands-on installation, project management, and running crews — often as the youngest person in a leadership role. EPA Lead-Safe Certified for Pre-1978 Homes
A large portion of Portland's housing stock was built before 1978 and contains lead-based paint. Federal regulations (EPA RRP Rule) require contractors who disturb these surfaces to be certified, follow specific containment and disposal protocols, and document compliance. Most Portland-area contractors are not certified. VResh Construction is — and we can perform siding replacement, window installation, dry rot repair, and all other renovation work on older Portland homes in full compliance with EPA requirements.
